Where we deliver
We currently ship within Malaysia only — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. We do not ship overseas.
Delivery times
- Orders paid before 2pm on a working day are usually packed the same day.
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Public holidays and peak sale periods may add a day or two.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout from your postcode and parcel weight. Delivery is free on orders of RM150 or more (after vouchers).
Tracking your order
When your parcel is handed to Ninja Van we email you the tracking number. You can also follow it any time on our Track Order page with your order number and email.
Damaged or wrong items
Please record a short video while opening your parcel. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or the video — we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
